YouTube - dazzle test yeah i can get color now help with better quality and get rid of the bar at the bottom heres what i got setup

Dazzle is hooked up though a vcr and im using wmm

if your from UK its because your capture card cant use 60 Hz.

and you should be able to get rid of the lines by changeing the capture mode to "NTSC" i think, or to a different setting.

no i live in US im in some other thing than NTSC if its on NTSC its sooooo bad

then change it from NTSC to another capture settings, i cant remember what they are cos i havent recorded in so long.
